How to Engage Our Services

If you wish to engage our services, you must contact us directly. All service arrangements — including scope, pricing, and payment terms — are handled through direct communication (e.g., email or other agreed channels), not through automated website transactions.

No services are provided, and no client relationship is established, until both parties have agreed in writing to the scope of services, applicable terms, and fees. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be clearly communicated prior to any engagement.

Our services include providing practical guidance, assisting with the preparation of documentation, and supporting clients throughout administrative processes related to relocation and immigration. Where applicable, we may assist in organizing and preparing application materials and facilitating communication with relevant institutions.

Where specialized or regulated expertise is required, we may engage or coordinate with qualified, licensed professionals to support your case. In such instances, we act in a facilitating and coordinating role to help ensure a smooth and effective process.

  • Any errors or defects will be corrected

Section 12
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Mandatory Pre-Litigation Negotiations

Before initiating any legal action, proceeding, or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall use all means possible and make their best efforts to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations.

The party seeking resolution shall first provide written notice of the dispute to the other party. The parties shall then have thirty (30) days from the date of such notice to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably. Only if the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within this thirty (30) day period may either party initiate legal action.

Jurisdiction — Where Legal Actions Must Be Brought

Any legal action, proceeding, or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiations shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the defendant’s country of residence (home country). This means:

  • If US GO EU initiates legal action against a user, the action shall be brought in the courts of US GO EU’s country of residence (home country).
  • If a user initiates legal action against US GO EU, the action shall be brought in the courts of the user’s country of residence (for example, a US state court or federal court for users residing in the United States).

This jurisdiction clause follows the principle of actor sequitur forum rei — the claimant follows the forum of the defendant. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts determined according to the rule above.

Section 13
Dispute Resolution

No decision regarding immigration, relocation, taxes, or finances should be made solely on the basis of any information provided on this website without consulting qualified specialists.

If a dispute arises between you and US GO EU regarding these Terms or your use of the website, you agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution before initiating any legal proceedings, in accordance with the mandatory pre-litigation negotiations outlined in Section 12 above. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a dispute to the attention of relevant regulatory authorities.

Section 14
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US GO EU and its team members, consultants, lawyers, and accountants from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of our website
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Section 15
Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Section 16
Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and US GO EU regarding your use of the website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Section 17

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will notify you of any material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page

Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
